Sienna Meridian Satterwhite	2ffedb95cb	refactor: workspace scaffolding — sunbeam-sdk + sunbeam binary crate ... Convert the single binary crate into a Cargo workspace with two members: sunbeam-sdk (library) and sunbeam (thin binary).
