🔧(docker) frontend env build Make the environment variables configurable for the frontend app in the Dockerfile by setting the arg variables.

♻️(frontend) replace y-webrtc by @hocuspocus y-webrtc had some issues, users had difficulties to connect with each others. We replace it by @hocuspocus/provider.

✨(frontend) add upload to the doc editor We can now upload images to the doc editor. The image is uploaded to the server and the URL is inserted into the editor.
