Update debug UI to query DPI scale factor from winit instead of Bevy Window components.

Scope:

  • Replace Bevy window scale factor queries
  • Use winit window handle for DPI info
  • Update egui integration
  • Verify UI scaling works correctly

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Debug UI queries scale factor from winit
  • No Bevy Window dependencies
  • UI scales correctly on all displays
  • Code is cleaner
