Update debug UI documentation to reflect new winit-based architecture.

Scope:

  • Update architecture docs
  • Document scale factor handling
  • Update code comments
  • Remove obsolete references

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Documentation reflects current architecture
  • winit usage is documented
  • Code comments are accurate
  • No references to old Window component approach
