Update architecture documentation to explain the window ownership model and renderer changes.

Scope:

  • Document winit as single source of truth
  • Explain WindowInfo abstraction
  • Update renderer architecture docs
  • Document design decisions and rationale
  • Add migration guide if needed

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Architecture docs are current
  • Window ownership is clearly explained
  • Renderer changes are documented
  • Future contributors can understand the design
