Clean up obsolete TODO comments and outdated documentation.

Scope:

  • Search for TODOs related to window duplication
  • Remove obsolete comments
  • Update outdated code comments
  • Code archaeology and cleanup

Acceptance Criteria:

  • No TODOs about window duplication
  • Comments reflect current architecture
  • Code is well-documented
