Create visual diagrams showing the before and after architecture.

Scope:

  • Create "before" diagram (dual window state)
  • Create "after" diagram (winit-only)
  • Show data flow and ownership
  • Include in architecture docs

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Before diagram shows duplicate state problem
  • After diagram shows clean solution
  • Diagrams are clear and helpful
  • Diagrams are in documentation
