📝(backend) add Firefox proxy workaround parameter to installation guide
Document LIVEKIT_ENABLE_FIREFOX_PROXY_WORKAROUND setting that enables connection warmup by pre-calling WebSocket endpoint to resolve proxy connectivity issues.
