🔥(CI) remove crowdin from CI workflow

Pushing to crowdin from the workflow has some side
effects, if 2 branches are pushing to crowdin it
can cause conflicts and delete translations on
Crowdin side.
Better to push to crowdin manually to keep good
control over the translations.
