e2618d0e11 💄(app-desk) add DSFR theme to Cunningham 
In order to have the look and feel of the DSFR, we
create a DSFR theme to the Cunningham design system.

fc7747dddf 🚚(frontend) rename folder app to apps 
The folder app will be used for more than one app, so it was
renamed to apps.
