We try to detect the landing page according to user
permissions (abilities) instead of just the configuration
setting.
This will be improved when the homepage is developed
- separate feature into domain, mailboxes
as a member management feature is arriving in
the mail domains feature
- pages/mail-domains/[slug].tsx becomes
pages/mail-domains/[slug]/index.tsx
- user can add an externally created mail domain
from UI and see the mail domain status on mail
domain page and left panel links.
- user can not create mailboxes to domain if mail
domain status is not equal to `enabled`

Adds a panel based on teams' one. It fetches all mail-domains
the connected user has relationships with and displays them
as a list of links redirecting to
/mail-domains/<my-domain-name>. Updates e2e tests accordingly.
