Nathan Vasse 9c8331be5b ⬇️(react) downgrade remark-gfm to 3.0.1 ...

It was causing crashes because the other MDX deps are not already
up-to-date to support remark-gfm 4.0.0 for now. See
https://github.com/remarkjs/remark-gfm/issues/57
