Anthony LC 54dc72209c 🩺(trivy) add minimatch CVE to trivyignore ...

We added CVE-2026-27903 and CVE-2026-27904 to
the .trivyignore file
We need to wait for the community to update the
docker image with a fix for these CVEs before we
can remove them from the .trivyignore file.
