- Remove GitHub-specific files (.github/, renovate, README.template)
- Remove .env.example (replaced by .envrc workflow)
- Replace Makefile with justfile
- Update CHANGELOG with v1.0.0 fork notes
- Update Cargo.toml homepage to sunbeam.pt
